Deep Cellular Recovery Meets Holistic Healing

Precision INFRARED heat technologY designed to amplify your body’s natural healing power.

Full-Spectrum Infrared Therapy

At White Tiger Acupuncture, we utilize the state-of-the-art Sunlighten mPulse® Sauna. Designed to deliver the optimal combination of near, mid, and far infrared light, each session is customized to target your health goals, from skin care, to pain relief, or detoxification.

Unlike traditional saunas that heat the ambient air around you, our mPulse® Sauna uses gentle, therapeutic light waves to heat your body at the cellular level, providing soothing, deeply penetrative heat, without the uncomfortable temperature of standard saunas.

Benefits

Infrared light benefits the skin by boosting collagen production and microcirculation, which reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, and gives the skin an overall glow. It helps reduce inflammation and redness and accelerates wound and scar healing.

❋ Skin Care

Gentle far-infrared heat warms your core temperature, triggering a purifying sweat that aids the body's natural metabolic detoxification pathways.

+++Individuals with increased levels of heavy metals in the body can benefit from infrared therapy.

❋ Detoxification & Microcirculation

Deep, soothing heat lowers cortisol levels and shifts your body out of "fight-or-flight" into a parasympathetic state, thereby easing mental tension and encouraging deeper sleep.

❋ Sleep & Relaxation

Using the sauna before or after acupuncture softens tight fascia, opens meridian pathways, and boosts microcirculation for deeper, longer-lasting therapeutic relief.

❋ Enhanced Acupuncture Results

Mid- and far-infrared wavelengths penetrate deep into muscle and joint tissue to decrease inflammation, ease chronic stiffness, and speed up physical recovery.

❋ Pain Relief & Muscle Recovery

Infrared reduces oxidative stress on the body. Oxidative stress is when unstable molecules (free radicals) react with healthy tissue, causing tissue damage. This is the basic mechanism of aging. The body has a natural amount of free radicals present, but excess amounts speed aging and disease. Infrared light reduces oxidative stress by activating cellular mitochondria to increase the production of healthy tissue.

❋ Longevity

Elevate Your Treatment Session

Whether you’re preparing your body for acupuncture, recovering from a workout, or simply seeking a quiet mental reset, an infrared sauna session is the perfect addition to your self-care routine.

Infrared & Red Light Therapy

What is the difference between red light and infrared light therapy? And why are they used together?

Both red light and infrared light are good for the skin. The shortest portion of infrared light, called near-infrared, has a wavelength that is closest in length to red light, but is longer than red light. They are often paired together for skin health, offering similar benefits but at different levels of the skin.

Red Light

  • Shorter wavelength (≈630–660 nm)

  • Absorbed primarily by the outer layers of the skin. It focuses on the dermal layer for surface cellular renewal, collagen production, reducing fine lines, improving skin tone, and localized wound healing.

  • Visible to the human eye.

Near-Infrared Light

  • Longer wavelength (≈810–880 nm)

  • Penetrates deeper, past the dermis into subcutaneous tissue, muscles, and tendons to repair micro-tears, reduce systemic cellular stress, and fuel mitochondrial energy (ATP).

  • Invisible to the human eye

  1. Stimulates Collagen & Elastin: Triggers fibroblast activity in the skin, helping rebuild structural proteins that smooth skin texture, improve elasticity, and reduce fine lines.

  2. Accelerates Tissue & Wound Repair: Speeds up the body's natural tissue regeneration processes, making it ideal for healing skin blemishes, scars, and post-procedure skin recovery.

  3. Reduces Surface & Systemic Inflammation: Decreases oxidative stress in dermal cells, calming inflammatory skin conditions like eczema, rosacea, or acne.

  4. Boosts Cellular Energy (ATP): Red light photons are absorbed by cytochrome c oxidase within cellular mitochondria, producing more adenosine triphosphate (ATP)—the essential fuel your cells use to repair and maintain themselves.
